    The proponents of State Question 820 submitted a sufficient number of signatures to qualify the measure for the 2022 November ballot.

    Due to legal challenges and statutory deadlines, they could not be included in the 2022 November ballot until the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that it will be set for a later date on November 5th, 2024. Now, the governor can either put the question on a special election ballot or a primary election ballot in either 2023 or 2024. We’re just going to have to wait and see.
