Update on SB 39
Hey, Oklahoma medical marijuana licensed patients. I’m Katrina Lucas, and I’m a Tulsa medical marijuana attorney with Wirth Law Office.
The other day I talked about Senate Bill 39 and firearms and your rights—the fact that the state legislature was going to approve the ability to have medical marijuana cards and not have a de facto removal of the ability to purchase a weapon. That has now laid dormant in the House and doesn’t look like it’s going to go forward this legislative session. I’m not impressed with the legislature on that, but that is where it is right now.
