Video Transcribed: What are the responsibilities of a medical marijuana business license holder? I am Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Lawyer Ope Adegbuyi.
So this answer can be found in title 310, chapter 681, but I’ll be reading that title role for you.
So all medical marijuana business license holders must post the license or permit in a conspicuous location on the licensed premises so everyone can see it. The next thing says comply. All business license holders must comply with the provisions in this chapter. So chapter 681 of title 310. And then all the holders must allow representatives of the Department of Health access to the medical marijuana business.
The holders must comply with directives of the Department of Health. The holders must accept notices issued and served by the department according to law. And the owners would be subject to the administrative, civil injunction, and criminal remedies authorized in law for failure to comply with this chapter. So that’s the 681 chapter, entitled 310. Or by directive of the Department of Health.
The holders must ensure that all information and records are maintained in the licensee online OMMA account, license account, including the hours of operation of all licensed premises, and a valid mailing address if applicable. Complete, accurate, and updated on time per the rules. And if applicable, submit the annual renewal application and pay all renewal licenses and late fees.
