    Oklahoma medical marijuana business lawyerVideo Transcribed: What are the new signage rules for outdoor grow facilities? I am Ope Adegbuyi, a marijuana law attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

    Effective November 1st, so this past two weeks that just passed. All medical marijuana commercial grow licensees shall be required to post signage at the site of the commercial grow operation. Signage shall be located at the perimeter of the property with dimensions measuring no less than 18 inches by 24 inches with a font size of no less than two inches.

    Information required to be displayed on the sign shall be in a black standardized font on a white background. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority shall promulgate rules as necessary regarding the size, placement, issuance, and specifications of the required signage.
