    What are the consequences of violating HB 2095? I am Tulsa medical marijuana business lawyer Ope Adegbuyi. In my last video, I was talking about HB 2095 which provides that employment of undocumented workers is not allowed and revokes medical marijuana business licenses for tax and non-compliances.

    So with the violation of that bill, you would get a misdemeanor predictable by up to one year in the county jail, a fine of up to 500, or both. So in addition the license of the commercial grower is also subject to revocation. So that’s what happens if you violate the HB 2095 bill.
