How to Submit Bond Requirements
Hello, I am Ope Adegbuyi. As a Tulsa Medical Marijuana Business Lawyer, I often get asked about how growers can submit their bond requirements. Currently, the OMMA licensing vendor is working on adding a dedicated field to upload this documentation in the license application. However, until that update is made, there is a workaround.
Growers can upload proof of either the bond or of qualifying land ownership in the portal under the ownership disclosure section of the application. This means that when you reach the ownership disclosure section, where you would normally submit your operating agreement or similar documents, you can instead submit your deed or court order form to prove your ownership of the land.
For renewal or new license applications, you would submit your bond requirements in the same section. And for ownership transfers, you would submit the necessary documents where you are supposed to be showing the persons of interest.
