For tier two, two and a half acres to five acres, the fee will be $5,000.
Tier three, 5 acres to 10 acres, the fee shall be $10,000.
Tier four, 10 acres up to 20 acres, the fee shall be $20,000.
Tier five, 20 acres to 30 acres, the fee shall be $30,000.
Tier six, 30 acres to 40 acres, the fee shall be $40,000.
Tier seven, 40 acres to 50 acres, the fee shall be $50,000.
