Ownership Requirements
Hello, this is Oklahoma Cannabis Business Attorney Jesse Kovacs from the OK Cannabis Law Office. Today, we’re going to be asking if I’m a corporation that wants to own at least a partnership in an OMMA license or an OMMA cannabis business.
Am I going to be disqualified if one of my shareholders has a disqualifying criminal conviction? The answer to that question is yes. If you haven’t seen that video, which is on our website, disqualifying criminal conviction is any nonviolent felony within the last two years or any violent felony within the last five years.
