OBN Registrations and OMMA Licenses
Hi, this is Oklahoma Cannabis Business Attorney Jesse Kovacs and today the question is, if I have multiple OMA licenses, do I need to obtain multiple OBN registrations?
Now generally the answer is yes. You must obtain a registration with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs for every individual location where you work with controlled substances. That includes cannabis. So if you have a grow at one address and a dispensary at a different location, you would need to obtain two OBN registrations.
Now if you have multiple OMA licenses that pertain to a single address and they operate under the same exact business name, then you would only need one single OBN registration. But otherwise, you’re going to need a different OBN registration for every location that is licensed.
