    The answer to that question is yes. Growers are required to renew their nursery grower’s license every year, and the license year for a nursery grower license is from October 1st to September 30th.

    This means if you had gotten a license, a new license, in July, you are still required to renew that license on or before September 30th, because that’s the range for the license here.

    So the renewal will be the same as getting a new license, and that will cost $25, plus $1 for each 1,000 acre or square feet.
